  • Thursday, March 27 - Fiscal Retreat: Preliminary revenue and expenditure projections; core services discussion; general legislative update
  • Tuesday, May 6 General Government budget workshop
  • Tuesday, May 20 General Government budget workshop
  • Tuesday, June 3 General Government budget workshop
  • Thursday, July 17 – City Commission meeting: Set the maximum millage rate; set preliminary fire assessment rate
  • Thursday, Sept. 4 (Tentative) - City  Commission meeting: Adopt final fire assessment rate by resolution; first public hearing to set tentative millage rate and adopt the Proposed Financial and Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 by resolution
  • Thursday, Sept. 18 (Tentative) - City Commission meeting: Adopt ordinances on second reading related to fee changes (if any); second public hearing to set the final millage rate and adopt the Final Financial and Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 by resolution
