Pensions and Investments

City of Gainesville investments include the City Operating Fund, Trust Funds and the city’s Pensions and OPEB Fund. The division manages all pension actuarial services and state required pension reporting.

ProClub

Pro Club is the City of Gainesville's health care incentive program and is available to all employees, retirees and spouses enrolled in the health plan.

Paperwork Burden Reduction Act

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA) was signed into law on Dec. 23, 2024, to reduce the number of Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer reporting requirements. The City of Gainesville will continue to mail the 1095B/1095C forms to employees and retirees via our third-party vendor.
