Heirs’ Property and the Probate Process Part One

The GCRA is hosting an Heirs' Property and the Probate Process workshop on March 7 at 6 p.m. at Greater Bethel AME Church (701 SE 43rd St.). Presenters Steven McDaniels and Donna MacRae will cover topics such as:

• What is an heirs' property?
• Why is probate needed?
• The summary admission process

The purpose of the program is to increase neighborhood stability, grow individual and family wealth in Gainesville’s underserved communities, and increase access to attainable housing.
