You may park 24/7 in the garage at 105 SW 3rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32601 with the purchase of this permit in any upper floor space not designated for another entity. Employees of downtown businesses may purchase an unlimited access permit for $20 + tax per month.

Daily Rates:
6 a.m.-8 p.m. – $1.00/hr
8 p.m.-6 a.m. – $5/night

 

Monthly Rate: 
Unlimited access – $40/mo. +tax

 

Monthly Downtown Employee Rate:
Unlimited access - $20/mo. +tax

 

Quarterly (3-month) Rate:
Unlimited access – $100/3-month permit +tax
