Dolphins Flag Football – Fred Cone Park

NFL FLAG's no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals and, most importantly, have fun.

Flag football is the perfect opportunity to be active, make friends, and play on a team. Boys and girls of all abilities and experience levels can learn how to play.

As the official league of the NFL, every team receives NFL-branded jerseys and equipment. Even more, all coaches complete yearly health and safety trainings, as well as a background check at the beginning of each season. And each official completes a certification course to ensure the game is always played fairly.

Spring leagues are available in Florida for boys and girls, PreK - 8th grade.
