PLAY TENNIS GAINESVILLE 

City tennis programs are operated in conjunction with USTA-Florida at the Joyce Oransky Tennis Center at Albert “Ray” Massey (Westside) Park. Tennis courts are available for reservation at the following sites: Albert “Ray” Massey (Westside) Park, Northside Park,
TB McPherson Park, and Tom Petty Park.

Summer Programs

Adventure In Play Summer Day Camp (Westside)

• June 7, 2022 to July 26, 2022 (No tennis on July 4^th week)
• Every Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm
• Maximum of 8 participants per class
• Coach Geetha will be the coach

Teen Life Summer Camp (TB McPherson)

• June 9, 2022 to July 28, 2022 (No tennis on July 4^th week)
• Every Thursday from 3pm to 4pm
• Maximum of 12 participants per class
• Coach Chris will be the coach

Play Tennis Now Program

This is a low cost two week program to introduce tennis to more individuals on the Eastside. This opportunity is for anyone and everyone.  

Session 1

• June 23, 2022 to June 30, 2022
• Two Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Session 2

• July 14, 2022 to July 21, 2022
• Two Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Year-long program starts for students 5 to 21+ living with Autism Spectrum Disorder

ACES IN MOTION 

The Aces in Motion’s primary goals are to provide tennis and physical fitness instruction, life skills mentoring (discipline, team work, goal setting, problem solving, respect, and conflict resolution), and an enrichment academic curriculum in an after-school environment.
