A section on the North side of the 1st floor is limited to hourly parkers for a maximum of 2 hours per day per vehicle.

Thursday – Sunday from 10:00pm to 5:00am, garage entry is limited to permit holders only. Permit holders may enter through the entrance off SW 3rd St and must stop to speak with security staff to confirm permit. Non-permit holders will not be granted entry. Please contact the Parking Operations office with any questions at 352-334-2569.

6am-8pm: $0.50/hr
8pm-6am: $5/night
Maximum Daily rate from 6:00am - 8:00pm: $4.00

Unlimited access – $100/3 month period +tax
Monthly Downtown Employee *:
Unlimited access – $20/mo. +tax

The SW Downtown Garage, at 105 SW 3rd St., is fully automated; and there are no gates or cashiers stationed at the vehicular entry/exit lanes. Payment or permit is required upon arrival.

The garage operates on a Pay-by-Plate system and parking is paid on arrival using the Passport app or Pay-station located in the East breezeway. Read FAQs about the app here.
Monthly/Quarterly permits are paid and renewed using your Gainesville Permits account ONLY. With a permit, you may park 24/7 in the garage in any upper floor space not designated for another entity.
